Brady X

I can't think of a more challenging workout than "Brady X". After a doing 50 laps around the perimeter of our pool and then several leaps on the "trampoline" (the pool cover), I think that he must be tired out enough for me to do my own workout. He has decided to take on the big companies like Million Dollar Body and develop his own workout for his owner so that they can keep up with him in the "cement" pond this summer.

He warms his client/owner up by first trying to chew on the their workout shoes. This limbers them up and gets them moving a little more quickly. The heart rate definitely begins to rise with this dynamic warmup. Now for the cardio portion of the workout he makes things a little more challenging for the client/owner by laying in front of their feet while they do their cardio moves. This prompts a few plyometric moves on the clients part to avoid stepping on their canine trainer.

Now for some strength training. As the client/owner lifts the dumb bell, Brady grasps it with his teeth, just to add a little more resistance to those bicep curls. We do more resistance later when we practice our loose leash walking. Brady pulls as hard as he can while the client/owner stands still for an isometric core workout.

Don't forget the abdominals. Brady is so supportive to the client/owner as he stands directly over them giving encouragement and big kisses as they do the grueling ab workout. Tony Horton, you have competition here with Brady X, Extreme Canine Trainer. Our moto is "Bring it Back to Me"and "Drop It"
